Regarding its legal status, the property is currently being auctioned off by the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Enforcement Department - Civil Enforcement Office Area 15 to fulfill obligations to the mortgagee, Vietnam Foreign Trade Commercial Bank (Vietcombank).
