Pursuant to Decision No. 3737/QD-BIDV dated May 28, 2025 of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam on changing the name and location of the Ben Luc Transaction Office under the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Moc Hoa Branch;

I. Change of name and head office location of Moc Hoa Branch under Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development as follows:
