MyShop Pro – a platform to support businesses with transparent revenue
On November 20, the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) officially signed a cooperation agreement with the Tax Department to support business households in the transition from lump-sum tax to declared tax. This is a specific step to implement major orientations of the Party and State according to Resolution 68-NQ/TW, Resolution 198/2025/QH15 and the policy of modernizing tax management on model conversion for business households, implemented according to Decision 3389/QD-BTC and Decision 3352/QD-CT of the Tax Department on the "60 peak days" campaign.
MyShop Pro – a sales and revenue management solution integrated on the BIDV SmartBanking application, supports businesses in managing products, orders, revenues and expenditures, creating electronic invoices, using digital signatures, storing data and creating reports for tax declaration. With a smartphone, businesses can track revenue by day, month, quarter and connect to Payment Speakers to optimize transactions. MyShop Pro is expected to increase transaction credibility and facilitate borrowing to expand scale.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Mai Son - Deputy Director of the Tax Department emphasized: The important role of coordination between the Tax authority and the financial - technological ecosystem in the process of eliminating lump-sum tax. Mr. Mai Son highly appreciated the companionship of commercial banks, enterprises providing sales software, electronic invoices and payment intermediary organizations, units that contribute to helping business households access digital technology and improve management capacity.
Mr. Mai Son said: BIDV has deployed many practical solutions such as integrating tax payment features on SmartBanking, sales management platform and electronic invoice issuance, along with support programs for business households in 2025. Regarding the implementation process, the Tax Department's leaders analyzed: The tax force must serve millions of business households, while the number of civil servants is limited, so it is necessary to mobilize the combined strength of banks, technology enterprises and tax agents for synchronous support.
"The entire Tax sector needs to improve its responsibility, strengthen discipline, strictly handle officials who cause trouble, and at the same time maintain channels to receive feedback from business households via Zalo, phone and direct support. Tax branches must arrange appropriate forces, focusing on peak periods but still ensuring the implementation of other management tasks. The general spirit is to provide maximum support for business households to understand and comply with regulations, avoid risks and have a foundation for sustainable development in the future," Deputy Director Mai Son emphasized.
The bank affirms its priority of accompanying resources
From the perspective of a credit institution, Mr. Le Ngoc Lam - General Director of BIDV affirmed: BIDV is always a pioneer in implementing the Government 's policies and will devote all resources to coordinate with the Tax sector to deploy to each business household. In the important transformation process of the Tax sector and business households, BIDV has fully prepared resources, from technology platforms, human resources to a full product-service ecosystem, including: Solutions to support business households in managing sales, managing revenue and fulfilling tax obligations; Non-cash payment solutions; Credit solutions to support capital for business households...
Mr. Le Ngoc Lam said that BIDV requires branches to proactively contact the grassroots level, grasp the plan and support. The bank will provide an official contact point for tax units and business households to conveniently exchange when needing support during the conversion process or while using banking products and services.
"BIDV will continue to improve and upgrade products and services to better meet the needs of business households. At the same time, BIDV hopes that the Tax Department will support and contribute ideas so that technology solutions are both suitable for management requirements and convenient for users," BIDV General Director shared.
