Vietnam Railways elevates passenger experience with world-class service

Vietnam's railway industry is striving to improve the quality of passenger service with high-end, luxury train tours departing regularly in 2025.

Mr. Dang Sy Manh, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR), said that the company has recently put a 5-star train into service for tourists from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City.

With 5-star luxury interior space, each carriage has its own butler, bringing unprecedented experiences to passengers on the journey across Vietnam. The occupancy rate is quite high, the number of domestic and international tourists booking the tour in advance is high and there are regular departures throughout the year.

Currently, large travel companies such as Vietravel , Vietluxtour, Golden Smile Travel, BenThanh Tourist... are also implementing high-end train tours targeting wealthy, high-spending customers, including groups of CEOs of corporations, groups...

Along with expanding tourism services and connecting destinations throughout the trip, the Vietnam Railways industry also strives to improve the quality of meals, bringing medium and high-class meals to serve customers.

Accordingly, on April 8, at Saigon Station (District 3, Ho Chi Minh City), VNR and TNI King Coffee Company Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement, bringing an "ecosystem" of food, beverages and retail... to serve people and tourists.

Pure Vietnamese meals and drinks will be widely served on trains.

Ms. Le Hoang Diep Thao, General Director of TNI King Coffee, acknowledged that our country has many typical dishes and drinks that are loved by domestic and international guests.
