Attending the inauguration ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Thai Van Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Khoa - Director of the Department of Education and Training, along with leaders of various departments and agencies.

In the context of digital transformation becoming an essential requirement of modern education, the Nghe An Digital Education Portal was created not only as a technological platform, but also as a crucial step in the management thinking and organization of educational activities for the entire sector.
Built on the digital transformation orientation of Nghe An province and the Digital Transformation Plan for the Education Sector until 2025, with a vision to 2030, the digital education portal acts as a "central digital infrastructure," connecting management agencies, schools, teachers, students, and parents in a unified digital environment.

Beyond simply providing information, the Nghe An Digital Education Portal aims to build a comprehensive digital education ecosystem where data becomes the foundation for management, operation, and improving the quality of teaching and learning.
From administrative document systems, electronic learning resource repositories, school management platforms, digital student records to online teaching support tools, everything is integrated to gradually change traditional operating methods that rely heavily on paper, manual procedures, and scattered data.
This also serves as a foundation for Nghe An's education sector to move towards a smart education management model, based on big data and new technologies such as AI, learning analytics, and personalized education in the future.

For a province with a large geographical area and many mountainous, remote, and isolated districts like Nghe An, the significance of the digital education portal also lies in its ability to narrow the gap in access to knowledge between different regions.
Through digital learning environments, students in disadvantaged areas have more opportunities to access quality learning materials, teachers can share teaching resources, participate in digital skills training, and improve their professional capacity. Meanwhile, parents and society can monitor, interact with, and support schools more transparently and conveniently.
The Nghe An Digital Education Portal reflects the province's determination to view digital transformation as a breakthrough driving force for sustainable development; creating substantive changes in education governance, reducing administrative pressure on teachers, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a digital culture throughout the Nghe An education sector.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Comrade Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - praised the efforts of the education sector in pioneering digital transformation. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the operation of the Digital Education Portal is a strategic turning point, ushering Nghe An's education into an era of data-driven operation.

To ensure the system truly delivers practical value, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that educational institutions and their staff and teachers proactively approach and master the technology. Digital transformation should not be a mere trend but must be substantive. Input data must strictly adhere to the principles of "Accurate - Complete - Clean - Live " to ensure the accuracy of strategic analyses.
Comrade Thai Van Thanh emphasized that the specialized departments of the Department must closely monitor the situation at the grassroots level and coordinate with local authorities to resolve difficulties for schools. Under no circumstances should technology become a barrier or add further pressure to teaching and learning activities. The ultimate goal is to reduce administrative procedures and allow teachers to focus on their professional work.

In addition, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the education sector to quickly finalize open protocols to integrate AI more deeply into the system, apply early warning systems, and personalize learning paths for each student, helping each student develop according to their unique abilities.
