Through the inspection, shortcomings and loopholes in management, direction, administration and in the promulgation of policies and laws have been rectified and overcome; violations of the law have been detected and recommended for strict handling, ensuring objectivity, accuracy and compliance with the law. The Government Inspectorate has focused on directing and coordinating with ministries, branches and localities to synchronously, resolutely and effectively implement many solutions to effectively receive citizens, resolve complaints and denunciations and prevent and combat corruption and negativity according to the direction of the Central Government, the Government and the Prime Minister.

The Inspectorate has completed its work plan and program, left no outstanding documents, and promptly and qualitatively completed the tasks of summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Committee "Some issues of continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently".

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the achieved results, pointing out the causes of existing problems and limitations, and proposing solutions to successfully carry out the political tasks assigned by the Party and the State in 2025. Accordingly, the Inspection sector focuses on innovation in organizing the implementation of inspection plans and promoting the application of science and technology in inspection activities.

The whole sector continues to perform well the state management of citizen reception, complaints and denunciations and implements plans for citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement to serve the Party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party. Along with that, the sector proactively coordinates to effectively implement the work of preventing and combating corruption, negativity and the work of building institutions and the sector.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh commended and acknowledged the achievements of the Inspection sector in 2024. He requested that the entire Inspection sector proactively overcome shortcomings and limitations, make more efforts and resolutely effectively carry out key tasks in inspection work; citizen reception, handling complaints and denunciations; preventing and combating corruption and negativity; building institutions and building the sector.

Thereby, it contributes significantly to strengthening people's trust in the Party and State, creating political stability, ensuring security and order, serving political and cultural events and socio-economic development tasks.

The entire industry needs to proactively and resolutely implement the plan to reorganize and streamline the apparatus immediately after approval by competent authorities; ensure progress and set goals, avoid work interruptions, and operate more effectively and efficiently after the reorganization.

At the same time, continue to strengthen discipline, build a team of inspectors with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, equal to the task; pay attention to training and fostering, promote administrative reform, information, propaganda, scientific research, and application of information technology in the direction, management and operation of the industry.
