Tax sector temporarily suspends some information technology applications from May 23 to June 15

The Tax Department will move its main Data Center (TTDL) to a new location from May 23 to June 15.

During this time, some Tax information applications will temporarily stop operating to serve the system conversion.

The downtime to convert the application system from the main data center environment to the backup data center environment and vice versa is as follows: With the electronic invoice application, the downtime is 4 hours, from 0:00 to 4:00 on May 24 and from 0:00 to 4:00 on June 14.

The electronic tax service application and transmission axis will be temporarily suspended for 48 hours from 6:00 p.m. on May 23 to 4:00 p.m. on May 25 and from 6:00 p.m. on June 13 to 4:00 p.m. on June 15.

During the time the Tax Department's application system is operated at the backup data center, performance will reach 70% compared to the main data center.

People and businesses temporarily stop using applications and services: Electronic tax service for businesses (eTax), electronic tax service for individuals (iCanhan), electronic tax service on mobile devices (eTax Mobile), e-commerce information portal, electronic information portal for foreign suppliers, electronic tax service on the National Public Service Portal, Ministry of Finance Public Service Portal, provincial public service portal.

Units and organizations that temporarily suspend the service of transmitting and exchanging information with the Tax Department include: Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade), Department of Land Registration and Information Data (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment), Department of Administrative Procedure Control - Government Office , Vietnam Register (Ministry of Construction), Department A08, C06, C08, V01 (Ministry of Public Security), People's Committees of provinces and cities, Department of Information Technology and Digital Transformation, Customs Department, Department of Statistics, State Securities Commission, State Treasury, Vietnam Social Security, Department of Private Enterprise Development and Collective Economy, T-VAN units, commercial banks, organizations providing solutions, organizations receiving, transmitting and storing electronic invoice data.
