Increasingly affirming the important position and role of the business community

In recent times, Binh Thuan province has actively implemented many measures to encourage business development and promote the role of entrepreneurs. Thanks to that, the number of enterprises in all economic sectors has increased rapidly, the business community has grown stronger and stronger, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the province.

Fair and favorable business environment

After more than 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW of the 11th Politburo on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the period of accelerating industrialization, modernization and international integration, the awareness of Party committees, Party organizations, political and social systems has been raised. The institutionalization of the Party's viewpoints and policies on developing enterprises and entrepreneurs has been promoted, the production and business environment has been improved, becoming increasingly equal and favorable. The role of entrepreneurs and organizations representing entrepreneurs and the business community has been consolidated and promoted. In particular, the province has actively implemented the policies and guidelines of the Central Government and the province to encourage and create an equal and favorable business environment for enterprises to operate. The work of building, reviewing, adjusting and supplementing development plans for sectors such as industry, agriculture, forestry, tourism and advantageous products has been focused on. Trade promotion activities continue to be promoted, creating conditions for businesses and entrepreneurs to participate in promoting product brands. The Small and Medium Enterprise Support Centers, Trade Promotion Centers, and Tourism Promotion Centers have played a good role as a bridge between the State and businesses and entrepreneurs. Annually, provincial leaders organize meetings with entrepreneurs and enterprises to grasp the operational situation, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles of enterprises, and honor entrepreneurs who have made great contributions to the socio-economic development of the province. The work of establishing Party organizations and mass organizations in enterprises has been actively implemented and achieved results. Since then, the province's business community has developed strongly in both quantity and quality, inheriting the tradition of patriotism, promoting the will of self-reliance, self-reliance, and the spirit of dedication to the nation. In particular, increasingly affirming their important role and contribution to the cause of national construction and protection, a number of enterprises have developed to reach regional and international levels, contributing to enhancing their position and prestige in the international arena.

Create the most favorable conditions for the business community

Developing science and technology, promoting startups and innovation are inevitable trends, objective requirements, strategic choices, and top priorities, thereby promoting areas that need to be focused on development such as digital transformation, green transformation, circular economy , and sharing economy. Therefore, the province's entrepreneurs always accompany the province to jointly implement the Party and State's policies and laws according to major orientations. The province's viewpoint is to always protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests and create the most favorable conditions for the business community in the province to increasingly develop, contributing more and more to the cause of building and defending the country. Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW, dated October 10, 2023 of the Politburo on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new period continues to affirm its important position and role. That is, the business community is one of the core forces contributing to promoting the cause of industrialization, modernization of the country and international integration, building and developing an independent and self-reliant economy, ensuring national defense and security. The Resolution also clearly states in the solution that it is to arouse the spirit of entrepreneurship in the whole society, especially in new fields, among the young generation.

To effectively implement the above resolution, Binh Thuan province will continue to promote the implementation of 3 strategic breakthroughs in institutions, infrastructure, human resources, creating all favorable conditions for people and businesses to develop production and business. The province also regularly provides complete and timely information, especially on the orientation, planning, socio-economic development plans of the province, support policies of the State, regulations on intellectual property rights on technology, product brands, freedom of business, public finance policies, taxes, resources, environment, consumer protection... so that businesses and entrepreneurs can fully grasp and effectively implement. Strengthen dialogue between government leaders at all levels with businesses and industry associations, promote the sense of responsibility of cadres, civil servants and public employees in advising on resolving recommendations, removing difficulties and obstacles to create favorable conditions for businesses to operate. Promote administrative procedure reform, promulgate, review and amend appropriate mechanisms and policies, creating a legal corridor for businesses and entrepreneurs to operate in accordance with the law. In addition, strengthen inspection and supervision, ensuring publicity and transparency in the relationship between functional agencies, civil servants, state officials and entrepreneurs, etc.
