Career Day is one of VinUni's typical annual activities. With the inspirational theme - "Excellence to Lead", this year's event has the participation of global corporations such as Amazon, AlphaSights, Bosch, Starbucks, EY, ABB, Corning, Shopee, InterContinental, Woori Bank... and more than 1,500 students. Not only creating an environment for direct connection between VinUni students and international employers, VinUni Career Day 2025 is also considered a strategic advantage to affirm VinUni's global position.

The event also affirmed the philosophy of academic education combined with practice, aiming to train a generation of "change makers" with global thinking and the courage to lead positive change for Vietnam and the world.

The highlight of VinUni Career Day 2025 is the series of direct recruitment interviews right on campus. This is a clear demonstration of the "real-life" training philosophy, helping VinUni students - young people with Aspiration - Intelligence - Courage - have the opportunity to prove their abilities and conquer leading international employers.
Many big domestic and international enterprises such as Amazon Singapore, AlphaSights Hong Kong, BIDV, Bosch, EY, FPT Digital, FPT Telecom, FPT IS, Starbucks, Shopee, 1C Vietnam, Techcombank, Vietnam Airlines , VinMotion, VinRobotics, VinClub, Woori Bank,.. organized selection rounds right at the event and made preliminary decisions, even officially recruiting suitable candidates.

Within the framework of the event, the Roundtable Workshop “Towards the Future - Higher Education and Talent Development” attracted the participation of 30 business representatives, along with lecturers, alumni and VinUni students.

Launching Mentorship 2025 - A launch pad for students to access global businesses
Also at the Career Fair, VinUni officially launched the Mentorship 2025 program. The program aims to connect students with more than 50 experts and advisors from leading organizations. This is part of the comprehensive career support ecosystem at VinUni - where students develop soft skills, plan their careers and access global leadership thinking from their early years of university.
As the youngest university in Vietnam to achieve international accreditation right after its first graduating class and a 5-star QS ranking for employment opportunities, VinUni not only offers world-class training programs but also paves the way for a career right from the school days - proven by the actual numbers and results of its students.

Currently, 100% of VinUni students have the opportunity to intern at prestigious domestic and foreign organizations before graduation. Of these, 32% have received jobs since year 3, 97% of graduates have jobs with outstanding income.
VinUni students are currently taking on dream positions right after graduation: Assistant to the President/General Director of large corporations, CEO of technology startups, international experts in financial centers such as Hong Kong and Singapore. Typical examples are Le Minh - Associate, Client Services at AlphaSights (Hong Kong); Cao Gia Bao - Research Engineer at NTU (Singapore); Giap Vu Nam Duong - Vietnam Country Manager, StoryCo; Le Minh Thi - Assistant to the General Director at Masan Group; Nguyen Tuong Minh - currently interning and has been accepted as a Product Quality Management Engineer at Google Singapore...
Notably, in the 2024-2025 school year, 3rd-year student Doan Quoc Duy has just won The Moneyverse Championship. Duy surpassed 25,000 competitors nationwide and won a complete set of impressive prizes: 1 billion VND in cash, 1 CPA Australia scholarship, job offers from BIDV and SSI, and 1 VinFast VF 3 car.
