From 2:00 p.m. on the same day, the enrollment consulting program continued to students at Huynh Thuc Khang High School (No. 362 Hung Vuong, Van Gia town, Van Ninh, Khanh Hoa ).

Then at 7am on Sunday, February 23, the program continued at Khanh Hoa University (No. 1 Nguyen Chanh, Loc Tho Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa). Two consulting programs in Khanh Hoa province were jointly organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper, the Department of HigherEducation (Ministry of Education and Training), Khanh Hoa Department of Education and Training, Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union and two schools (Huynh Thuc Khang High School and Khanh Hoa University).
