Resolution 68: New impetus for Vietnamese technology enterprises

At the National Conference to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era (Resolution No. 66) and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development (Resolution No. 68), many businesses expressed their confidence that the Vietnamese economy will develop strongly in the coming time with the liberation of private economic resources from Resolution 68.

Resolution 68: Paving the way for "Make in Vietnam" technology to spread globally

As one of the private enterprises attending the conference and having a booth at the exhibition, introducing achievements in private economic development and displaying products of private enterprises, Mr. Nguyen Trong Khang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MK Group said: “The Resolutions of the Politburo are not only a guideline for economic and social development, but also a great source of motivation for Vietnamese technology enterprises. MK Group is committed to continuing to invest heavily in research, development, and localization of core technologies and accompanying the Government in the process of national digital transformation and building a modern, dual-use defense industry”.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Khang affirmed that in the era of national development and prosperity, Resolution 57-NQ/TW, Resolution 66-NQ/TW and Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo have not only affirmed the important role of the private economy in developing an independent and self-reliant economy.

" This is the driving force for MK Group to continue to innovate, make breakthroughs and contribute more to the national digital transformation, affirming the pioneering role of Vietnamese technology enterprises in the journey to build a digital economy, self-reliant, safe, sustainable and aiming at the goal of "spreading Vietnamese intellectual values ​​globally" - Mr. Khang affirmed.

Meanwhile, Mr. Vu Hong Anh - Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association said that when the Central Committee announced Resolution 68 in the morning, at noon, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association summarized 27 main ideas and sent them to more than 19,000 members of the Association and had an action plan with 54 main contents.

" The Association's action content focuses on promoting intra-bloc businesses through solutions to encourage the use of each other's services, exchange products with each other and sell together, in order to increase the internal strength of Vietnamese businesses ," Mr. Vu Hong Anh shared.

Self-reliance steps of Vietnamese enterprises

At the exhibition introducing achievements in private economic development and displaying products of private enterprises, reporting to General Secretary To Lam, Mr. Nguyen The Phuong - Deputy General Director of FPT Corporation said: " FPT is a global technology corporation, present in 30 countries. We strive to develop high-quality human resources by introducing AI into the education program from grade 1 to improve awareness and early skills for the young generation."

The model has contributed to the formation of a team of technology-savvy human resources, meeting the development needs of the digital economy. At the exhibition, FPT demonstrated a typical AI technology product ecosystem demonstrating its vision and efforts to implement Resolution 66-NQ/TW and Resolution 68-NQ/TW into practice.

One of the breakthrough policies of Resolution 68 is to enhance the training of high-quality human resources; encourage businesses to invest in science and technology. FPT has made efforts to bring AI to serve people in all activities: from education to work and life, improving human resources capacity, promoting the knowledge economy and contributing to increasing national competitiveness.

Meanwhile, MK Group and its member companies introduced typical solutions in the fields of electronic identification, digital security and defense industry, clearly demonstrating the spirit of "Make in Vietnam".

It can be said that the Politburo's consecutive issuance of Resolutions 57, 66 and 68 in recent times shows a strategic vision in institutional reform, promoting the private economic sector, innovation and development of science and technology.
