Kinhtedothi - The Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center has just implemented the second phase of the pilot model of Online Public Service Agents with 118 Online Public Service Agents; at the same time, supplementing administrative procedures for issuing ordinary passports online at the above Agents.

In Notice No. 52/TB-TTPVHCC of the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center, according to the pilot roadmap of the Online Public Service Agent model, Hanoi has approved the list of locations to replicate the Online Public Service Agent model in phase 2.

Accordingly, 118 online Public Service Agent points have been approved; administrative procedures on online issuance of ordinary passports have been added to the List of supported administrative procedures; instructions for implementation on the network environment at online Public Service Agent points.

Expanding the support network helps people and businesses quickly access online public administrative services. Adding online procedures for issuing ordinary passports also helps reduce pressure on the application receiving system, especially in the context of increasing demand for passports.
