Within the framework of the “Miss Vietnam Tourism 2024” contest, “Miss Northwest Tourism – Sa Pa 2023” is the first contest held on a large and professional scale to honor the beauty of the soul, personality, physicality, and intelligence of the girls in the Northwest highlands. The contest seeks outstanding faces, fully converging talent, beauty, kindness, and national spirit to be worthy of becoming ambassadors of Northwest tourism.

After many qualifying rounds over 4 months, 28 beautiful and talented girls entered the final night. In the final night, 28 contestants took turns competing in Ao Dai, swimsuit, and evening gown to find the top 15 and top 5 best girls.
The top 5 entered the behavioral round, the 3 girls who won the highest titles were called, including: Contestant Tran Huyen Anh, registration number 247, born in 2001, from Lao Cai city, was crowned Miss, and also won the secondary prize of Miss Ao Dai; 1st runner-up with registration number 825, Nguyen Bach Van; 2nd runner-up is Nguyen Khanh Linh, registration number 412.

The Top 3 winners of the contest "Miss Northwest Tourism - Sa Pa 2023" will be selected directly to the final round of "Miss Vietnam Tourism 2024" to continue promoting and introducing the image of the country along with the cultural beauty, national identity, and people of the Northwest to the domestic and international community.
