"We saw a video online about this beautiful cafe, so we decided to go. Because we are young people, we like to go to coffee shops to take pictures, even at noon, afternoon or late at night, as long as we like it.
To be here on time, we had to prepare since 12am, put on makeup, change clothes to come here to have coffee, milk tea, chill, and heal" - Nguyet said.

"Today is the middle of the week, I decided to come back to the shop. I often drink drinks from this brand, but because I work late, it's difficult to go out to drink. Now that the shop opens at 4am, it's very convenient and this is quite a new experience" - Hang shared.
It is known that Hang and Nguyet are students at universities in Hanoi.

How dangerous is it to drink coffee without breakfast?
Coffee is a familiar drink to many people. Many people have the habit of drinking coffee right after waking up as a way to recharge for a new day.
According to Dr. Truong Hong Son - Director of the Vietnam Institute of Applied Medicine, many people have the habit of drinking a few cups of coffee right after waking up. However, drinking at this time can reduce the energy-boosting effect of coffee.
The reason is that right after waking up, the concentration of the hormone cortisol in the body will reach its highest level. The hormone cortisol can help increase alertness and concentration, and it also participates in regulating metabolism, immune response and blood pressure.
According to Dr. Son, cortisol hormone levels can change according to your sleep-wake cycle. Accordingly, they will peak within 30-45 minutes after waking up and gradually decrease during the day.
"Therefore, the best time to drink coffee is from mid-morning to noon, when the cortisol level in the body gradually decreases. If you wake up at 6:30, you can drink coffee between 9:30 and 11:30 to increase energy and improve concentration," Mr. Son recommended.
