The story happened in Phu Tho province. A woman in her 40s, unmarried, from Thai Binh province, went to Phu Tho with her family to reclaim wasteland. To confirm more evidence, Giang Nha Tran also met with the Chief of Thanh Son District Forest Protection Department, the Chief of Thanh Son District Forestry Department, Thanh Son District Police... and together they translated the Muong audio recording into Vietnamese, then together they signed the minutes confirming the incident. Not stopping there, he carefully drove his motorbike for dozens of kilometers, found the female secretary who was working in the fields, got her stamp on the minutes, and then returned to Hanoi.
