Already firmly at the top of their UEFA Nations League group, Germany aim to move one step closer to the quarter-finals when they take on Bosnia-Herzegovina at the Bilino Polje Stadium in Zenica on Friday.

Julian Nagelsmann's side have picked up four points from a possible six in Group A Group 3, while the hosts are third and still looking for their first win in this year's competition.
Latest Bosnia-Herzegovina vs Germany team information
Reportedly suffering from a minor knee problem since the start of the season, Arsenal striker Kai Havertz is one of five players to withdraw from the Germany squad for this month's games, including Bayern Munich midfielder Jamal Musiala.
David Raum, Benjamin Henrichs and Robin Koch were also left out of the squad, leading to the addition of Robin Gosens, Kevin Schade and uncapped duo Jamie Leweling and Jonathan Burkardt.
There will at least be one senior international debut on Friday, as all three of Germany's goalkeepers - Oliver Baumann, Alexander Nubel and Janis Blaswich - have never played for Die Mannschaft, while they are also without the retired Manuel Neuer and Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who is out with a long-term knee injury.

On the Bosnian side, coach Barbarez only lost one player, 26-year-old midfielder Ifet Dakovac, although he has never played for the national team and is therefore not a major absence.
The BiH team is still led by veteran striker Edin Dzeko, who is playing at the age of 38 for Fenerbahce and has scored an impressive nine goals in 13 matches in all competitions in the 2024-25 season.
Dzeko is expected to partner Stuttgart striker Ermedin Demirovic in the Bundesliga, while former Arsenal player Sead Kolasinac will lead the defence.

Latest football prediction Bosnia-Herzegovina vs Germany
Still reeling from their Euro quarter-final exit on home soil, a determined Germany side made their early mark in the Nations League with a 5-0 thrashing of Hungary in their opening game, where five different players scored.
Die Mannschaft looked set to maintain their perfect start in the Netherlands when Denis Undav and Joshua Kimmich levelled Tijjani Reijnders' opener in the second minute, but Inter Milan wing-back Denzel Dumfries snatched a point for the Oranje.
However, Germany's superior defence currently sees them top Group A Pot 3 on goal difference, although second place would still be enough to qualify directly for the quarter-finals next March, before the semi-finals and final take place in June.
While a 2-2 draw with the Netherlands was a respectable result, that match extended Germany's struggles away from home, as the Euro 2024 quarter-finalists have won just four of their last 13 games outside Germany.

Furthermore, Die Mannschaft have won just one of their nine away games in the Nations League – drawing their last four – but few think Bosnia can prevent Nagelsmann's men from claiming a second win on Friday.
Bosnia have been promoted and relegated between League B and League A since the inception of the Nations League, and they look set to once again be in a relegation battle with Hungary to avoid finishing bottom and being dropped to League B.
Bosnia's current third place gives them a chance of reaching the relegation playoff, but Sergej Barbarez's side only edge out Hungary on goal difference, having scored a goal while Hungary have not.
Both of those goals came in the opening day match against the Netherlands, but Bosnia conceded five in a disappointing 5-2 defeat, before ending their first group game with a 0-0 draw with Hungary.
The goalless draw ended a run of seven straight defeats for Bosnia, who have lost their last four Euro 2024 qualifiers, extending their wait for a first appearance at the European Championship as an independent nation, although they did make the 2014 World Cup.
The hosts can take confidence from a run of three consecutive home wins in the Nations League, although they have never beaten Germany as an independent nation, last losing 3-1 in a 2010 friendly when Bastian Schweinsteiger scored twice from the penalty spot.
