On the evening of August 17, through its official fanpage, the brand posted an apology to the audience "because the selection of guests at the recent event caused misunderstandings and was not in line with the community's expectations" and confirmed that there are currently no plans to select any official representative for the brand.

On the morning of August 18, the brand continued to post a "supplemental announcement" from the company's leadership, apologizing to the community for "the frustration and disappointment caused by the recent event." In the post, the brand admitted that the choice of guests was not consistent with the values that the brand has always pursued: Honoring and protecting women.

"We regret that we did not control the selection of artists well, allowing the personal feelings of a team member to influence the decision. This is a serious shortcoming and we take full responsibility. We are currently reviewing and applying strict disciplinary measures to the individuals involved, in accordance with the company's regulations... The artists who appeared at our events were only guests, not representatives of the brand," the announcement said.

Despite the brand’s repeated apologies and commitment to reform, the backlash from the public has yet to subside. On social media, many people continue to express their outrage and declare they are turning their backs on the brand.

In October 2024, rapper Negav faced a wave of criticism for his statements related to education. His series of scandals began with the statement "Mom, do you think it's right?
