According to the investigation, the character appearing in the video is Mr. Duong Van Hung (61 years old, Ninh Binh ). Mr. Hung is working at a goat meat restaurant in Truong Yen, Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong (owner of the shop), Mr. Hung has been with the shop for 6-7 years. "Mr. Hung is always cheerful, enthusiastic and friendly with customers. Many drivers and tourists are impressed with him and give him compliments. Western customers are very excited about Mr. Hung," said Mr. Cuong. About a week ago, seeing the lovely staff, contributing to the friendly and unique image of the shop, Mr. Cuong filmed Mr. Hung working and shared it on social media.
"I was very surprised when the video attracted millions of viewers and millions of positive comments. Some people recognized my restaurant as a place they had visited before. Some people found it interesting and came to enjoy it in person," said Mr. Cuong.
Mr. Hung's main job is to stand in front of the restaurant, waving to invite customers to enjoy food and showing them where to park their cars. Every day, he works from 7am to 4pm. Mr. Hung said he has been doing this job since 2009. In 2017, he became an employee at Mr. Cuong's restaurant. The 61-year-old man is very cheerful, humorous and energetic.

"I'm old, so finding a stable job like this is a joy. The more customers there are, the more energetic I am, without getting tired. Even though it's hot in the summer, if the restaurant is crowded, I'm happier, I feel full of energy. On rainy days when there are few customers, I feel sad and tired," Mr. Hung honestly confided.
