Postal staff support the operation of commune-level public administrative centers

(Baohatinh.vn) - Ha Tinh Post Office is working with local authorities to ensure support for people to carry out administrative procedures stably, smoothly and effectively.

On the morning of July 1, Ha Tinh Post Office simultaneously deployed postal staff to support operations at public administrative service centers in 69 communes and wards across the province.

Implementing Official Dispatch No. 96/CD-TTg dated June 26, 2025, the Prime Minister requested ministries, branches and localities to focus on completing the upgrading and development of information systems serving the direction, operation and provision of public services, implementing the two-level local government organization model, Vietnam Post Corporation has developed a plan to deploy, mobilize and arrange thousands of cadres, workers and employees across the network to be ready to participate in supporting the People's Committees at the commune level to receive and return results of administrative procedures via postal services.

In Ha Tinh, the Provincial Post Office has assigned 69 officers and employees to directly perform tasks at 69 administrative service centers for communes and wards.

Postal officers and employees are responsible for guiding people and businesses in preparing documents to carry out administrative procedures; supporting and guiding people in submitting public service documents online; digitizing documents; returning results of procedures to people and businesses; transferring documents between the public administrative service centers of communes and wards with relevant units in handling administrative procedures...

Mr. Nguyen Long Giang - Director of Ha Tinh Post Office shared: "The Board of Directors has seriously informed all cadres and employees, especially those directly involved at the commune level, about the sense of responsibility, initiative and discipline in the process of implementing this special political task. We are committed to accompanying the local government, ensuring support for people to carry out administrative procedures stably, smoothly and effectively. Each cadre and postal employee is not only a supporter, receiving documents, returning results of administrative procedures but also a reliable bridge, contributing to bringing the government closer to the people".
