Many good models and effective methods continue to be maintained and actively promoted; the work of praising, rewarding and replicating typical examples of implementing Directive No. 05 has received attention from Party committees and organizations at all levels; the urging, inspection and preliminary review have been carried out scientifically and synchronously. The signing of commitments and implementation of commitments to self-cultivation, training and striving by the majority of cadres and Party members ensures practicality and effectiveness.

In particular, the content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has become a regular activity of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations associated with the implementation of political tasks; identifying key tasks and selecting specific tasks to focus on. A highlight in Son La is the identification of breakthrough content to create a clear change in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Standing Committee of the Son La Provincial Party Committee has identified six breakthrough contents to focus on leadership and direction, namely: In 2021, building culture and public ethics in agencies, units and localities; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations in commune, ward and town party committees. In 2022, improving the effectiveness of administrative reform, focusing on reforming administrative procedures in the province; promoting the deployment and application of scientific and technological advances, carrying out high-tech agricultural production, focusing on developing high-tech agricultural zones, agricultural raw material zones serving processing and export facilities.

In 2023, build a culture imbued with national identity, promote the cultural values of Son La ethnic groups, focusing on building comprehensively developed people; improve the quality of training and fostering of cadres, civil servants and public employees. Improve the quality and effectiveness of vocational education associated with human resource development, especially high-quality human resources, suitable for the needs of the labor market...

From the above breakthrough contents, the district, town, city and party committees directly under the Son La Provincial Party Committee have based on the practical situation registered with the Standing Committee of the Son La Provincial Party Committee 78 breakthrough contents to focus on leadership, direction and effective implementation. The grassroots party organizations selected 1,011 breakthrough contents to register with the Standing Committees of the district, town, city and party committees for implementation. The results of implementing the breakthrough contents have contributed to the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels and the political tasks of the localities and units.

Comrade Tran Duy Trinh, Director of Son La Electricity Company, shared: Responding to the emulation campaigns "Following Uncle Ho through practical actions", from 2020 to now, the company has had more than 400 useful initiatives and solutions recognized and applied.

Of which, 17 initiatives in production and business were recognized by the Northern Power Corporation.
