Many businesses in Dong Nai give bonuses to workers on the occasion of September 2nd holiday

(DN) - On the occasion of National Day September 2 this year, many workers in Dong Nai were excited because their companies gave them cash bonuses and long days off. Many businesses also gave gifts and organized birthday parties to motivate their workers.

At Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Thong Nhat Commune), the company's Board of Directors decided to spend more than 460 million VND as holiday bonuses for more than 2,300 workers. Accordingly, each worker received 200,000 VND in cash. This is a gratitude activity, showing the company's concern for all staff and employees.

Also on this occasion, the workers of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company all wore red shirts and hung the national flag at the workshop to show national pride and the spirit of welcoming the country's great holiday.

At Caesar Vietnam Sanitary Equipment Joint Stock Company (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Commune), in addition to organizing a warm Union Meal for more than 1,000 workers, the company's leaders awarded 200,000 VND/person. In addition, the grassroots Union gave gifts worth more than 400,000 VND/person.

Also to take care of the workers, the Trade Union of New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu Commune) gave gifts to union members and workers in cash worth 150,000 VND/person.

Some enterprises with a large concentration of workers in the province have given bonuses of 150,000-200,000 VND/person. Some other enterprises have given gifts and organized sports activities such as cross-country running, volleyball, football, etc., creating opportunities for workers to interact and create an exciting atmosphere.
