These days, swimming pools in Thanh Sen ward, such as Gia Nguyen, Hao Quang, and Vinpearl Hotel, welcome hundreds of visitors every day.

Many young children are guided by their swimming instructors to warm up before swimming.

During peak hours from 5 PM to 6:30 PM, swimming pools are always packed with customers, especially on weekends.

This summer, many parents are also enrolling their children in swimming lessons to improve their health, enhance their drowning prevention skills, and keep them away from electronic devices.

Nguyen Tai Duc (from Thanh Sen ward) excitedly said: “I really enjoy going to the swimming pool because I get to learn different swimming styles from the instructor and meet my friends. There are also many fun games at the pool.”

To meet customer demand, swimming pool owners have hired instructors to teach children how to swim. Duong Van Nam (from Thach Lac commune), an instructor at Gia Nguyen swimming pool, said: “Currently, the demand for swimming lessons from parents and students is very high. I only teach three sessions a day to ensure quality.”

To ensure safety, swimming pools always have lifeguards on duty. Warning signs indicating water levels are posted in all areas, and lifebuoys are readily available to handle any emergencies.

Life jackets are readily available to meet customer needs.

Ms. Pham Thuy Dung, manager of Hao Quang swimming pool (Thanh Sen ward), shared: “On average, our facility welcomes hundreds of customers every day. To ensure customer satisfaction, the water in the pool is always kept clean. Besides strengthening and upgrading our infrastructure, we are also preparing our workforce to meet the demand for swimming lessons for children.”

More than just a place to cool off in the summer, swimming pools have become spaces for physical training, learning survival skills, and creating a healthy playground for children during the summer holidays.
