Information on new personnel recruitment targets for 2023 has just been announced by many banks.

Accordingly, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) announced the recruitment of 62 additional personnel for units at the Head Office.
Specifically, 43/62 quotas this time are for the Data and Analysis Center with positions of data management experts and specialists, data engineering, data science and business data analysis.
The remaining targets Vietcombank is recruiting personnel for the Asset Valuation Center (6 targets), the Procurement and Asset Management Department (3 targets), Operational Supervision (6 targets), Operational Risk Management (2 targets) and the Party Committee's Propaganda Department (2 targets).
Deadline for receiving online applications on Vietcombank's website is August 22, 2023.
Notably, in this recruitment, Vietcombank did not mention the experience factor of the candidates. The bank noted that it only accepts applications from candidates who have graduated from full-time or joint university programs, not including joint programs, part-time programs, second degrees, and work-study programs of universities according to Vietcombank's regulations.
The recruitment notice also emphasizes that Master's degree or higher is only a priority criterion for candidates. At the same time, Vietcombank has the right to select applications to invite outstanding candidates to participate in recruitment rounds.
Since the beginning of the year, Vietcombank has had many recruitment campaigns with a total scale of up to hundreds of employees. Of which, the largest recruitment campaign was in March 2023 with 350 targets that do not require common experience for positions in the customer service department, accounting, transaction officers... and 75 targets that require experience.
Not only Vietcombank, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) is also recruiting workers for bank branches in provinces and cities in the Red River Delta and North Central regions, the Central Coast, the Central Highlands and VBSP branches in Quang Binh, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien - Hue provinces.
The total recruitment target in this round is up to nearly 90 people, mainly recruiting for professional skills and only 2 recruitment targets for IT.
Regarding recruitment conditions and standards, in addition to factors related to health, clear background, and age not exceeding 30, the People's Credit Fund also clearly stipulates the qualifications for each candidate.
For candidates applying for the professional exam, they must have a university degree from the Banking Academy, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City or a university degree majoring in Finance - Banking, Accounting, Auditing from other universities.
For candidates registering for the IT exam, they need to have a regular university degree majoring in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
The NHCSXH also requires candidates to have an English certificate from level 2 of the Vietnamese foreign language proficiency framework according to Circular 01/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated January 24, 2014 or equivalent or higher, except in cases where there is a professional graduation certificate with output standards in foreign languages according to regulations.
Deadline for receiving applications is August 25, 2023, except for Thua Thien - Hue branch, which accepts applications until August 29, 2023.
