On September 12, in Ho Chi Minh City, many universities organized activities to mobilize staff, lecturers and students to participate in fundraising activities to support people affected by storm No. 3 in the provinces and cities of the Northern region.

Specifically, at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, each employee contributes at least one day's salary. At the same time, the school also receives individual contributions from employees, employees, students, and trainees through donation boxes located at two campuses of the school.
The entire amount of donations will be directly supported by the school to the people affected by storm No. 3 through various methods to promptly share and support people to overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 3 and soon stabilize their lives.

Meanwhile, in addition to calling on each employee and worker to donate at least one day's salary to support, the Dormitory Management Center of Ho Chi Minh City National University also launched a donation campaign for all boarding students and service businesses in the dormitory from 5:00 p.m. on September 12 to the end of September 14 in two forms: bank transfer or cash support at 8 dormitory management boards.
Similarly, many other universities such as the University of Natural Sciences (Ho Chi Minh City National University), Van Hien University, Van Lang University, Gia Dinh University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry... also mobilized their staff and employees to contribute to support people affected by storms and floods caused by storm No. 3.
