AWCH Group: Spreading friendship, solidarity and the active role of ASEAN women in the new era

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, Mrs. Vu Thi Bich Ngoc expressed her joy and emotion to accompany the AWCH Group to organize many meaningful and memorable activities, helping to bring the image of the ASEAN Community closer to the Vietnamese people, spreading friendship, solidarity and the positive role of ASEAN women in the new era.

The Lady also highly appreciated and was proud of the dynamic, friendly and enthusiastic AWCH “sisterhood” in all activities, from intimate meetings, cultural events, food festivals, ASEAN Family Day to volunteer activities. At the same time, the Lady expressed her belief that the Group will have more practical and meaningful initiatives and activities, continuing to contribute to each member country and the ASEAN Community.

Paying tribute to Madam Bich Ngoc, Mrs. Akiko Morioka, wife of the Malaysian Ambassador to Vietnam, emphasized that over the past time, Madam Bich Ngoc has led the AWCH Group with grace, intelligence and an open heart, helping to foster and build AWCH into a community of friendship, solidarity, amity and cooperation.

Ms. Thai Quynh Mai Dung, Member of the National Assembly , full-time member of the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee, Chairwoman of the AWCH Group, reviewed some of the outstanding activities of the Group under the dedicated leadership of Mrs. Vu Thi Bich Ngoc from 2021 to present.
