2023 marks the year when Grab Vietnam will accelerate its strategy of providing high-quality, cost-effective services to users and launching innovations to help driver partners improve their operational efficiency on the platform. Grab will also accelerate its strategy of collaborating with leading companies in many fields to strengthen and expand the super app ecosystem in Vietnam.

Helping children and people in remote areas travel safely with the project "Building bridges to school"

Highlights in 2023 include helping people access digital platforms and enjoy the benefits of the digital economy . Supporting driver partners to optimize every minute of operation on the Grab platform, making the process of receiving and completing rides as seamless as possible. Thanks to continuous technology improvements, Grab has helped driver partners improve operational efficiency and increase income, with the average number of monthly rides in Q4/2023 increasing by more than 14% compared to Q1/2023.

Launching new services and features to help users save money when using Grab. In the transportation service segment, Grab launched GrabBike Saver and GrabCar Saver with prices significantly lower than regular GrabBike and GrabCar. From March 2023 to December 2023, GrabFood's saver delivery option has helped users save more than 28 billion VND...

Helping children and people in remote areas travel safely: Grab has collaborated with the Vietnam Children's Fund to start the construction of two bridges and spillways in Nam Nhun district, Lai Chau province with a total cost of 2.1 billion VND. To date, the "Building bridges to school" project jointly implemented by the two parties has built 8 bridges nationwide.

At the same time, we ensure that the Grab platform is operated sustainably and safely.
