From 5 PM on August 21st to 3 AM on August 22nd; 5 PM on August 24th to 3 AM on August 25th; 5 PM on August 27th to 3 AM on August 28th; 6 PM on August 29th to 3 PM on August 30th; and from 6 PM on September 1st to 3 PM on September 2nd, vehicles (except those with security badges and vehicles serving the commemoration ceremony) will be prohibited on 54 roads and streets.
54 streets and avenues include: Hoang Hoa Tham, Thuy Khue (from Hung Vuong to Van Cao), Mai Xuan Thuong, Quan Thanh, Phan Dinh Phung, Hung Vuong, Thanh Nien, Hoang Van Thu, Doc Lap, Dien Bien Phu, Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Chua Mot Cot, Le Hong Phong, Ong Ich Khiem, Ngoc Ha, Bac Son, Ton That Dam, Nguyen Canh Chan, Hoang Dieu, Nguyen Tri Phuong.
