Nguyen Minh Thu, a 12th grade Literature student at Bien Hoa High School for the Gifted, said: Since the previous school year, I was selected by the school's Youth Union and teachers of the Literature Party Cell as an excellent member, and introduced to the school's Party Committee to attend a Party awareness class organized by the Phu Ly City Party Committee. After completing the Party awareness training class, I was awarded a certificate of excellent achievement. “In October 2024, my company leaders sent me and two colleagues to attend a training course on Party awareness. After completing the course, I felt very proud and always kept in mind that I need to continue to strive in my work, cultivate my ethics, lifestyle... to soon be in the Party's ranks,” Nguyen Thi Thuy, an accountant at Giang Anh Telecommunications - Technology Company Limited (No. 65, Ly Thai To Street, Le Hong Phong Ward, Phu Ly City) shared.
Nguyen Thi Thuy was born in 1998, from Thanh Ha commune (Thanh Liem district), majoring in accounting at the Trade Union University. At the end of 2023, Thuy applied to work as an employee at Giang Anh Telecommunications - Technology Company Limited, a company specializing in low-voltage electricity. This company has nearly a dozen employees, all of whom are young. Although the company does not have a party or union organization, it is advantageous that Mr. Le Van Hoan, the company's director, is a party member. Mr. Hoan said: I was trained and admitted to the Party by Party Cell 1, Ba Sao Town Party Committee, Kim Bang - where the enterprise's head office is registered - in 2022. In August 2024, I asked to transfer to the Party Cell of the Ha Nam Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association when this cell was established and put into operation... As a member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, a Party member at the cell, Mr. Hoan had many advantages in introducing to the Party Cell Committee to select young workers of Giang Anh Company to participate in Party awareness training classes.
"It is very difficult for workers in private enterprises and limited liability companies like us to have the opportunity to participate in Party awareness training classes, to be trained and helped to become Party members without the attention and support of business owners," Nguyen Thi Thuy confided.
According to Director of Giang Anh Telecommunications - Technology Co., Ltd. Le Van Hoan, his dream is to establish the company's own party cell when he is qualified. In the immediate future, with the responsibility of a party member, he and the Party Committee of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association will continue to train, educate, foster, and help outstanding people like Nguyen Thi Thuy to continuously mature in all aspects and soon join the Party ranks.
Always ready to receive and complete tasks well
Graduated from the University of Transport, in February 2024, Le Vu Huy (Tam Giap Residential Group, Duy Hai Ward, Duy Tien Town) volunteered to join the People's Public Security force. Due to his good academic qualifications and personal history, before joining the army, Huy was assigned by the local party organization to attend a Party awareness training course for elite soldiers. With that background, after 3 months of training at the Northeast Mobile Police Regiment (based in Quang Ninh), in June 2024, Le Vu Huy was transferred to the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team (CC&CNCH), Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Ha Nam Provincial Police). After 6 months of performing the duties of a People's Public Security soldier at the CC&CNCH Team, Huy always demonstrated the spirit of shock and volunteerism of youth, ready to receive and complete well all tasks assigned by the commanding officers as well as the collective youth union. Le Vu Huy said that his wish is to serve in the force for a long time. Therefore, in the coming time, in addition to actively practicing and participating in professional training on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue, and completing assigned tasks well, Huy hopes that the unit's leaders and commanders will pay attention and create conditions for him to study and meet the requirements and standards of a People's Public Security soldier.
Evaluating the outstanding soldier and mass of the Party cell, Deputy Captain of the CC&CNCH Work Team Nguyen Quang Vinh said: Le Vu Huy is a soldier with high spirit and sense of responsibility in work, always actively participating in movement activities launched by the Youth Union as well as agencies and units. In life, Huy is always sociable, close, and attached to his brothers, friends, and colleagues. As soon as he started working at the Team, the Party cell assigned an official Party member to monitor and help Le Vu Huy to progress more and more, creating a source of Party member development for the Party cell, as well as the Party Committee of the Department.
