Have fun at Ocean Park entertainment paradise
Continuing their journey of exploring Hong Kong, parents can take their children to Ocean Park, where the Ocean Park Summer Splash 2025 event will take place, with the highlight being the first birthday celebration of the panda twins Jia Jia and De De - the park's two beloved mascots.
In addition to Jia Jia and De De, children will also meet the characters of the animated film Whiskers & Friends : including Whiskers (sea lion), Redd (red fox), Dougie (penguin), Bao Bao (panda), Fluffi (Arctic fox)... In colorful costumes, Whiskers and friends will lead interactive activities and take photos with visitors, helping the whole family have many impressive photos.
Located in the Ocean Park complex, Water World water park is also an interesting stop that families should visit. Here, children can have fun in the giant ball pool, mini water gun area and gentle water slides. This will be a place for the whole family to cool off on hot summer days.
This year, Ocean Park introduced the “Twin Park Package” for the first time, allowing visitors to enter both Ocean Park and Water World on the same trip. Adventure in the “lovely world” of Chiikawa
After the energetic moments at Disneyland and Ocean Park, families can visit the Chiikawa Exhibition, held at K11 MUSEA, to immerse themselves in another colorful space, where Asia's most beloved cartoon characters come to life in vivid forms.
The exhibition space vividly recreates the world of Chiikawa through four familiar themes: costumes - cuisine - shelter - action, taking the audience, especially children, on a gentle but equally interesting journey of discovery. In the outdoor exhibition area, giant inflatable sculptures both stimulate the imagination and create beautiful frames for the whole family to take pictures together.
Artist Nagano - the "father" of Chiikawa - also dedicated to Hong Kong an exclusive artwork called Yum Cha , depicting Chiikawa characters in the form of dim sum dishes such as dumplings, meatballs... The funny combination between the world of Japanese animation and the rich cuisine of Hong Kong promises to delight both adults and children.
