The 2025 high school graduation exam will take place from June 25 to 27. This is an important milestone for nearly 10,000 candidates across the province. With 22 exam sites and 440 exam rooms, and more than 1,000 people participating in the exam organization, the scale and nature of the exam requires careful preparation, especially in ensuring security and safety.
Mr. Dang Hong Cuong, Deputy Director of the Departmentof Education and Training (DET), Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, said: The coordination between departments, branches, sectors, and organizations in preparing for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in the province has been carried out seriously, closely, and effectively, in accordance with the direction of the Provincial People's Committee. From the beginning, the Department of Education and Training has coordinated with relevant units to organize training and professional development for the forces participating in organizing the exam, in order to ensure consistency and seriousness in implementing the stages of the exam in accordance with the regulations. At the same time, the Department has also proactively advised on developing a plan to organize the exam and closely coordinated with the Provincial Police in ensuring comprehensive security and safety for the exam. Key contents such as protecting the exam printing area, transporting exam papers and papers, and preventing high-tech cheating have been implemented methodically, synchronously, and in accordance with regulations.

Based on the requirements, tasks and actual situation, the Provincial Police have developed and issued a detailed plan, assigning specific tasks to professional units under the Provincial Police and the police of communes, wards and towns where the exam locations are located; mobilized nearly 400 officers and soldiers to participate in ensuring security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, handling emergency situations... at 22 exam locations across the province; closely coordinated with the Department of Education and Training and related agencies to create a synchronous and effective security network.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Thi Thu, Deputy Head of the Internal Political Security Department, Provincial Police shared: Implementing the Provincial Police's Plan on ensuring security and safety for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, we have sent officers and soldiers to join the inspection teams of the Provincial Exam Steering Committee; conducting inspections of preparations at 9 key exam sites in Lang Son city, Chi Lang, Huu Lung, Van Lang, and Trang Dinh districts. Through the inspection, we have recommended that the district exam steering committee and the heads of exam sites prepare well the material conditions, coordinate with the police force to develop specific plans to ensure the exam area is private, not allowing unauthorized people to access, and closely coordinate with the forces responding to natural disasters and incidents.
To prevent fraud, especially high-tech fraud, the provincial police have also strengthened the review of conditions and standards for personnel participating in the organization of the exam; grasped the situation, detected and promptly handled negative manifestations such as: taking exams for others, taking exams for hire, cheating or violating exam regulations at exam sites; directed the cyber security force to proactively grasp the situation, promptly detect and handle bad, toxic, sensitive information, and false information, to avoid causing panic in public opinion before, during and after the exam; directed the police of communes, wards and towns where exam sites are located to proactively detect arising problems or cases showing signs of business or use of high-tech equipment for exam cheating to promptly prevent and handle them according to regulations.
At the same time, the Provincial Police have coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize professional training courses and training for exam invigilators and inspectors on identifying high-tech devices such as: micro-headphones, disguised cameras, smart watches, etc., thereby improving the capacity to prevent cheating in the entire system.
Security checks and information security in the areas where exam papers are printed, copied, and the exam marking room are carried out very strictly. All devices capable of receiving, transmitting signals, or transmitting information are strictly controlled. People and objects entering and leaving these areas are strictly monitored. The exam storage room is arranged to have police officers on duty 24/7 according to regulations.
To ensure traffic safety and fire prevention at the examination sites, the traffic police force will mobilize maximum forces and means to guide, regulate and divert traffic, ensuring no congestion occurs at the beginning and end of each examination session; the fire prevention and rescue police force will also arrange means and forces to be on duty 24/7, ensuring safety and promptly handling situations when fires or explosions occur.
In addition, the police force also focuses on attacking and suppressing crimes before, during and after the exam, resolutely preventing theft and robbery of property of officials, teachers, students and parents, as well as acts of disturbance and insecurity and disorder at exam sites.
Mr. Duong Son Ha, Deputy Head of the examination site of Bac Son High School, Bac Son District, said: The school has proactively coordinated with Bac Son Town Police to develop a plan to ensure absolute safety for the exam questions, test papers and transportation to the Department of Education and Training. The police force, including 5 officers on duty at the examination site, together with Road Traffic Police No. 1, deployed measures to ensure security, order, traffic flow, and promptly handle arising situations, preventing disturbances in the examination area. The examination site also built hypothetical situations to prevent violations of exam regulations. In addition, the school coordinated with the People's Committee of Bac Son town to propagate to people to temporarily stop using wifi devices and stop construction works near the exam site during the exam period, creating a quiet exam environment. The work of preserving exam papers is tightened with separate rooms, 24/24-hour surveillance cameras and police officers on duty day and night in this area.
With close coordination between functional forces and careful preparation in all aspects, the 2025 High School Graduation Exam promises to take place safely, seriously, objectively and fairly, creating the best conditions for candidates to feel secure in taking the test and fully develop their abilities.
