64 examination sites in the province are ready to organize the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung and members of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Provincial High School Graduation Exam inspected the testing sites at Lac Hong Bilingual Primary and Secondary School, Ngo Quyen High School and Tran Bien High School.

At the inspection sites, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung and members of the Steering Committee directly inspected the areas for storing exam papers and test papers arranged in the office of the head of the examination site and the examination rooms. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee listened to reports from school principals on the preparation of facilities for the organization of the exam.

Through the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung assessed that the schools had carefully prepared facilities, arranged reasonable exam areas, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministryof Education and Training and the province's instructions, and were ready in all aspects for organizing the exam on June 26 and 27.

*On the same morning, the Department of Education and Training held a training conference on exam invigilation for the team of officials who are the heads, deputy heads and exam secretaries of 64 high school graduation exam sites in 2025.

At the training session, Director of the Department of Education and Training Truong Thi Kim Hue, who is also the Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial High School Graduation Exam Steering Committee, requested that the officers and teachers assigned as heads, deputy heads and secretaries of the exam sites must promote the highest sense of responsibility and have a firm grasp of the exam organization regulations. Organize well the dissemination of regulations and exam invigilation procedures to the invigilators and the forces on duty at the exam sites, and at the same time, must check the exam invigilation procedures of all invigilators at the exam sites before assigning the exam invigilation task.

Director of the Department of Education and Training Truong Thi Kim Hue emphasized that the staff and invigilators must absolutely not be subjective or negligent in the process of organizing the exams, and must consider the absolute confidentiality and safety of the exam questions and exam papers of the candidates as their own political lives, because any negligence in the exam organization process can affect the overall exam organization process of the province and the whole country.

Director of the Department of Education and Training Truong Thi Kim Hue especially noted that during the exam supervision process, invigilators must have a firm grasp of and perform the correct tasks, promptly reporting to the head of the examination site to handle any arising situations. Candidates must absolutely not be asked to rewrite the exam when the invigilator mistakenly signs between the box for the invigilator and the box for the examiner. Candidates must be given maximum convenience during the exam, but must comply with the regulations, especially to prevent candidates from violating the regulations such as bringing documents and phones into the exam room. It is necessary to closely observe and promptly detect candidates with sophisticated cheating behaviors using high-tech devices.

Immediately after completing the training on exam invigilation, the heads, deputy heads and secretaries of the exam sites returned to receive the facilities at 64 exam sites in the province.

According to the plan, on the afternoon of June 25, candidates will go to high school graduation exam sites across the province to complete exam procedures, listen to the regulations and adjust personal information on the exam card if there are any errors to begin the two official exam days taking place on June 26 and 27.

In the 2025 high school graduation exam, Dong Nai province has over 36,700 candidates taking the exam in two systems: high school and continuing education. The province has 62 exam sites for candidates taking the exam according to the new 2018 general education program and 2 exam sites for independent candidates taking the exam according to the 2006 general education program.
