Binh Minh Commune deploys the model 'Friday without appointment'

(DN) - On the morning of October 24, the People's Committee of Binh Minh commune officially launched the model "Friday without appointment" at the Commune Public Administration Service Center.

At the ceremony, the Commune People's Committee organized the awarding of marriage registration certificates to two couples: Mr. Ngo Quang Truong and Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Chuong and Ms. Nguyen Thuy Ngan Tuyen. These are the first two cases of marriage registration carried out under the "Friday without appointment" model - an innovation in administrative reform, aiming to serve the people better and better.

Accordingly, every Friday, when people come to carry out one of the four administrative procedures including: issuing a certificate of marital status; registering a marriage; issuing a copy of a family register extract, a copy of a birth certificate; registering a death certificate, if they have complete and valid documents (for procedures that do not require verification), specialized civil servants will receive, process, submit to the leader for signature and return the results on the same day.
