At the first facility of An Giang Province Newspaper, Radio and Television, lecturers and students visited the studio. The studio has invested in items such as multi-purpose filming space, advanced digital technology, modern equipment and highly specialized human resources to serve the production of television programs.

Leaders and officials of An Giang Province's Newspaper, Radio and Television introduced the scale and operation methods of the machinery and equipment system; shared experiences in information and communication work; innovative and creative thinking in leadership and management of press and television activities being applied at the unit. From there, helping trainees better understand the process of operating and producing radio and television programs.
The class then visited the Hon Me National and Local Television Broadcasting Center. The center was inaugurated and put into operation on October 16, 2004 with the task of broadcasting programs of Vietnam Television and local television stations.

This is also a place to collect and display war artifacts for people and tourists to visit and learn about the field of journalism and important historical milestones of the army and people in the province in general, Hon Dat in particular, during the resistance war against the US to save the country.
