At Kim Do Hotel, hundreds of works such as paintings, embroidery, handbags, key chains, souvenirs... are beautifully arranged, bearing the personal mark of each student at the Vocational Education Center for the Disabled and Orphans of Ho Chi Minh City. Each product is the result of a meticulous training process, demonstrating the spirit of overcoming difficulties and the passion for art of the students.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Director of the Center for Vocational Education for the Disabled and Orphans, said that the exhibition is the result of a long journey of efforts by teachers and students. The students not only learn a profession but also learn to believe in themselves and find joy in creative work. The Center hopes that society will have a clearer view of the abilities and will of the disabled, people who always try to affirm their own value.

Products at the exhibition are mainly keychains, wallets, wall stickers, oil paintings, plywood paintings...

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Giang, a tourist from Hanoi, expressed her admiration: “Each work contains meticulousness and love. I am really surprised because the quality of the products can be compared to normal people, no one would think that this is the work of orphaned and disabled students.”

The program is organized to raise funds and find outlets for products of disabled children in Ho Chi Minh City.

Similarly, Ms. Jane, a British tourist, said she was very moved when she saw these special works with her own eyes, because she has relatives with disabilities. “I understand that they have to make many times more efforts to integrate. Programs like "Sharing Love" are a great source of encouragement, helping them feel the care of the community,” Ms. Jane said, calling on society to give more support to people with disabilities.

From the organizing committee's perspective, Ms. Vu Thi Thanh Hien, Director of Kim Do Hotel, said that the charity exhibition program is organized by the hotel every year to promote its image and support the center to have a more stable output for its handicraft products. This activity contributes to the city's implementation of the social security program, not leaving the disadvantaged behind. All revenue on the exhibition day (from 9am to 7pm on October 24) will be transferred directly to the Center.

The exhibition “Sharing Love” is not only a charity activity, but also an opportunity for the community to feel the strength and talent of disabled children, the “artists” who light up faith with their own hands and hearts.
