Cua Nam Ward Trade Union - a reliable support for workers

Over the years, the Ward Union has launched emulation movements and achieved remarkable results. Typical examples are the movements “Good workers, creative workers”, “Improving working methods, enhancing service quality for the people”…

Cultural, sports and exchange activities of workers, civil servants and laborers are maintained, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere and building a healthy spiritual life among union members.

Notably, in the first 10 months of 2025, the total budget revenue in the area reached more than 23,000 billion VND, exceeding the target assigned by the city. This result has an important contribution from the labor force in Cua Nam ward.

Speaking at the Congress, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Cua Nam Ward Pham Tuan Long emphasized that in the context of the ward operating under a two-level local government model, the trade union organization needs to proactively innovate its thinking and methods of operation, promote its representative role, care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

Thereby, continuing to affirm its role as a strong political -social organization, an effective bridge, actively participating in Party building and government building. Along with that, the Ward Union needs to focus on training and fostering a team of union officials with mettle and skills, meeting the requirements in the context of digital transformation and restructuring the management model.

Comrade Pham Tuan Long also called on the Cua Nam Ward Trade Union to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, responsibility and creativity of the working class, thereby contributing to building a modern, civilized and prosperous Cua Nam Ward - worthy of being the political, administrative and economic center of the Capital.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Labor Confederation appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee comrade Tran Kim Huyen was appointed as Chairman of the Cua Nam Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030.
