The plan aims to raise awareness and responsibility among all levels and sectors regarding the implementation of the Employment Law, ensuring its timely, consistent, synchronized, effective, and efficient enforcement throughout the province. Specifically, the plan requires that the Employment Law and its detailed regulations be implemented uniformly across the province and the entire country from January 1, 2026.
Accordingly, the plan outlines key tasks for 2026 and subsequent years, including: Organizing the dissemination and promotion of the Employment Law and its implementing guidelines through various appropriate methods. The lead agencies responsible for implementation include the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial Social Insurance Agency, and the Dong Nai Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Social Policy Bank.

Organize training, professional development, and guidance for officials directly involved in employment work within the Ministry of Interior, develop vocational skills in the education and training sector, and officials related to unemployment insurance policies.
The organization shall review legal documents related to the Employment Law within its assigned areas and jurisdictions, in order to promptly amend, supplement, replace, repeal, or issue new regulations.
In addition, develop legal documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Employment Law, and submit them to the Provincial People's Council for promulgation of documents detailing the assigned contents in the law (if any). Organize inspections of the implementation of the Employment Law and its guiding documents at agencies, organizations, and businesses in the province.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Internal Affairs to take the lead, in coordination with relevant units, in guiding, monitoring, and urging the implementation of this plan and to report periodically. Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio and Television will take the lead in coordinating information and communication about the content and activities of the plan.
The Provincial People's Committee requests that departments, agencies, and the People's Committees of communes and wards implement the plan based on their functions and duties, and report the results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Internal Affairs) before November 30th of each year.
