Dong Nai deploys plan to implement the Law on Employment, ensuring effectiveness from January 1, 2026

(DN) - Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 143/KH-UBND on the implementation of the Law on Employment in the province. The plan was developed to specify and organize the synchronous and effective implementation of the contents and tasks in Decision No. 1850/QD-TTg dated August 27, 2025 of the Prime Minister.

The objective of the plan is to raise awareness and responsibility of all levels and sectors in implementing the Law on Employment, ensuring that the law is implemented promptly, uniformly, synchronously, effectively and efficiently in the province. In particular, the plan requires ensuring that the Law on Employment and detailed regulations are implemented uniformly throughout the province and the whole country from January 1, 2026.

Accordingly, the plan sets out key tasks for 2026 and the following years, including: Organizing propaganda and dissemination of the Law on Employment and documents guiding its implementation in various and appropriate forms. The implementing agencies include the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial Social Insurance and the Social Policy Bank, Dong Nai branch.

Organize training, fostering, and professional guidance for officers directly involved in employment work in the home affairs sector, develop vocational skills in the education and training sector, and officers related to unemployment insurance policies.

Organize the review of legal documents related to the Law on Employment in the assigned state management fields and areas, in order to promptly amend, supplement, replace, abolish or issue new ones.

At the same time, develop legal documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Employment, submit to the Provincial People's Council to issue documents detailing the contents assigned in the law (if any). Organize inspection of the implementation of the Law on Employment and documents guiding its implementation at agencies, organizations and enterprises in the province.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to guide, monitor, and urge the implementation of this plan and periodically report. Dong Nai Newspaper, Radio and Television shall preside over and coordinate information and communication on the content and activities of the plan.

The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of communes and wards to implement the plan based on their functions and tasks and report the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Home Affairs) before November 30 every year.
