Salary and benefits package
Regarding salaries
1. Employees who have been employed for a full year: 110-160 million VND/year, averaging 9-14 million VND per month (excluding overtime allowances). In addition to allowances (dormitory allowance, transportation allowance, meal allowance, attendance bonus), the salary also includes the following:
- Performance bonus: After holding the position for a full year, based on the position and production output calculations, a performance bonus will be paid quarterly (approximately 5.2 million VND per year, averaging 1.3 million VND per quarter).
- Year-end bonus: In addition to the monthly salary mentioned above, the company will annually award a year-end bonus to employees based on the previous year's business performance (in the last 3 years, the average bonus has been 2 months' basic salary).
- Seniority bonus: After completing 3 years of employment, based on position and performance evaluation over those 3 years, a seniority bonus will be paid monthly.
2. Salary Adjustments: Annually, the company adjusts employee salaries based on job performance and position.
Regarding welfare
