The 1st Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Krong Buk commune, term 2025

Krong Buk Commune Youth Union has 59 affiliated grassroots organizations with 1,189 members. During the past term, the Youth Union and youth movement in the commune had many positive changes, affirming the pioneering and creative role of youth in economic and social development, new rural construction and national defense.

Propaganda and education work is focused on with many innovative forms, suitable for union members and youth. The contents of education on revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyle are widely deployed; at the same time, actively fighting against wrong arguments, protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

Revolutionary action movements continued to spread strongly, typically the "Youth Volunteer" movement. During the term, the Commune Youth Union mobilized more than 300 million VND to implement many practical youth projects and tasks: building volleyball courts, lighting up rural roads, making playgrounds for children, flower roads, warning signs against drowning, "clean hands" projects at schools... Social security activities, voluntary blood donation, and community health care were maintained regularly.

Youth team supports people in administrative procedures and promotes VneID installation at the Krong Buk Commune Public Administration Service Center.

The "Creative Youth" movement has been promoted, many initiatives have been effectively applied such as: the model "Creative experience recess", youth teams supporting people in administrative procedures, promoting VneID installation... Accompanying young people to start a business, the total loan capital entrusted through the Youth Union channel increased by 3.7 billion VND, helping union members develop the economy and stabilize their lives.

The work of building the Youth Union organization is focused on the grassroots level. The branches innovate the content of activities, connecting members according to their profession and interests; building strong branches associated with the youth movement and volunteering.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Le Tien Que, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Krong Buk commune, praised the outstanding results that the Youth Union and youth of Krong Buk commune had achieved in the past term; at the same time, he emphasized that in the new period, the Youth Union of the commune needs to continue to promote the pioneering and creative role of the youth, closely follow the political tasks of the locality, actively participate in building advanced new rural areas, digital transformation at the grassroots level; do a good job of educating the youth in ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyle, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and government, and making Krong Buk commune increasingly developed.

The Congress identified a number of key tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on implementing the "5 pioneers" movement and the "Comprehensive development of Krong Buk youth" program; focusing on innovation in gathering youth, promoting digital transformation and improving digital capacity for union members and young people.

The Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Krong Buk commune was introduced to receive its duties.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Krong Buk Commune Youth Union consisting of 21 comrades, the Standing Committee consisting of 7 comrades; Comrade Lieu Van The was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Krong Buk Commune, term 2025 - 2030.
