Can Tho City Women's Union gives necessities to support women and people of Cao Bang province

(CT) - The Women's Union of Can Tho City has just donated many necessities and necessary items to support women and people of Cao Bang province to overcome difficulties after the impact of storms No. 10 and 11.

Gifts supported by Can Tho City Women's Union were delivered to people in Cao Bang province.

Accordingly, the City Women's Union mobilized members and philanthropists to donate more than 1 ton of rice, 300 boxes of noodles, 80 boxes of fresh milk, 200 sweet breads, 100 cartons of mineral water, 100 blankets... and some other essential items, with a total value of 65 million VND.

This is a meaningful activity, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and sharing of Can Tho City women with the community, especially women and children in difficult areas to have more motivation to rise up in life.
