The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision on organizing a Film Week to celebrate the 24th Vietnam Film Festival.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Department of Cinema to preside over and coordinate with the National Cinema Center, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang city, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak and relevant units to organize a Film Week to celebrate the 24th Vietnam Film Festival.

It is expected that the Film Week to celebrate the 24th Vietnam Film Festival will take place from November 15 to 20, 2025 in provinces and cities nationwide.

The film week is expected to screen the following films: Childhood Moon; Peach, Pho and Piano; The Scent of Burning Grass; The Poet Hong Ha; Red Dawn; Red Rain; Jasmine; I See Yellow Flowers on the Green Grass; Hanoi 12 Days and Nights; The Prophet;…

In addition to film screenings, within the framework of the Film Week, there are expected to be exchange activities with film crews in 06 provinces and cities including: Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Quang Tri, Da Nang, Dak Lak, and Can Tho .

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the National Cinema Center to be responsible for organizing film screenings, designing, printing invitations and organizing the Opening of the Film Week in Hanoi; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang city directs the Cultural - Cinema Center of Da Nang city to be responsible for organizing the Film Week in Da Nang city; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak and the Film Distribution and Screening Center of Dak Lak province are responsible for organizing the Film Week in Dak Lak province.

The Chief of Office of the Ministry, Director of the Department of Cinema, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Director of the National Cinema Center, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Culture and Sports of 34 provinces and cities and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
