The draft clearly states that information provided to the artificial intelligence system must be controlled, ensuring that it does not violate intellectual property rights, copyright, territorial sovereignty , or historical and cultural values of Vietnam.
The use of artificial intelligence accounts must be independent of official accounts and duplicate passwords must not be used to ensure information security.
Regarding the responsibility of managing the artificial intelligence system, agencies and units using artificial intelligence are responsible for organizing training and instructing staff on how to use the correct functions and purposes; ensuring access management, authorization and account security. In case of detecting loss of control or forgery of artificial intelligence accounts, agencies must promptly notify the implementing unit for handling and reporting to the competent authorities.
