The main striker of the Vietnamese team scored a total of 21 points in this match, including 18 points from attack, 1 point from blocking and 2 points from serving.

This is only Thanh Thuy's 5th match for Gunma Green Wings. After 5 matches, the Vietnamese volleyball star has scored a total of 76 points.

Except for 2 heavy losses against NEC Rockets - a team that is too strong with many Japanese stars, Thanh Thuy played very well in the team's remaining 3 matches, including her most recent shining performance.

Also in the victory over PFU Blue Cats, Thanh Thuy received the title of best player of the match for the first time in the Gunma Green Wings shirt.

It was no surprise that Thanh Thuy was again chosen to be the team's post-match interviewee - an honour usually associated with the team's captain or number one star.

"I wouldn't have been able to play well without the support of my teammates. I received a lot of support from my teammates as well as the fans," Thanh Thuy said after the match.

Thanks to Thanh Thuy's impressive performance, Gunma Green Wings Club climbed to 10th place in the rankings, 4 places higher than the end of last season.

Gunma Green Wings fans therefore gave Thanh Thuy enthusiastic support. On social networking sites, the girl from Binh Duong received a shower of compliments.

Thanh Thuy is no stranger to playing abroad, but this is probably the first time the main striker of the Vietnamese team has had such an impressive start to the season.

This is the 7th foreign club Thanh Thuy has played for in her career. In 2015, the girl from Binh Duong went abroad for the first time, playing for Bangkok Glass of Thailand.

Next, Thanh Thuy continued to play for the clubs Attack Line VC (Taiwan), Denso Airybees (Japan), PFU Blue Cats (Japan), Kuzeyboru (Türkiye), then Gresik (Indonesia).
