The Ho Chi Minh City Police Department is tasked with strengthening propaganda and guidance on fire safety when using and charging electric vehicles in households, apartment buildings, and shopping centers.

To implement this program, Ho Chi Minh City will issue a Green Transformation Plan in transportation before November 15, 2025.
