Launching a new health education program to improve Vietnamese stature

On the afternoon of October 24, in Hanoi, Vietnam Television (VTV) announced a new program series on health, nutrition and children's education aiming at the goal of "For a healthy Vietnam - For Vietnamese stature".

Speaking at the launch ceremony, VTV General Director Nguyen Thanh Lam affirmed that the three launch programs are specific steps in the journey of spreading knowledge, health and love to every Vietnamese family.

If "For Vietnamese stature" and "Nutrition for Vietnamese people" aim to nurture the physical and mental strength of Vietnamese people in the journey of healthy and scientific living, then "Little flowers - Tween Garden" has a special meaning, the return of a television symbol associated with the childhood of many generations, continuing the beautiful spirit of Vietnamese television, where children grow up in joy, kindness and love.

Broadcast at 6:25 p.m. daily on VTV1, “For Vietnamese Stature” is a “companion guide” for parents on the journey of nurturing the future generation, with four pillars of content: nutrition, exercise, school health and personality education .

Broadcast every Saturday at 13:00 on VTV1, “Nutrition for Vietnamese” provides scientific, authentic and easy-to-understand knowledge, helping people “Eat right - Drink right - Live healthy”. The program especially focuses on the “golden” period of 2 - 12 years old, the period that determines 86% of a person’s height.

From November 3, young audiences will meet “Little Flowers - Tween Garden” (6:50 p.m. daily on VTV3), a space for learning, playing and living positively for children aged 8-12, considered a modern version of the familiar “Little Flowers” ​​program.

Ms. Nhat Hoa, Deputy Head of the Science and Education Department (VTV), shared: “We hope that Tween Garden will become a positive meeting place after school hours, where children can have fun, learn and do good deeds. This is not just a TV program, but a journey to sow seeds of character for future generations.”
