According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, on the morning of December 10th, the temperature in Hanoi was 18°C, with cold and dry weather. Some mountainous provinces in the North experienced fog. In the afternoon, the North continued to have sunny and dry weather. Forecasts indicate that from the night of December 10th, the cold air mass will weaken, the North will be cloudy with scattered light rain, and rainfall is expected to increase from December 13th.
In Central Vietnam, the area from Nghe An to Quang Tri will have little sunshine and no rain today. Hue and Da Nang will be cloudy during the day, with a possibility of showers at night. Provinces from Quang Ngai to Khanh Hoa will be affected by an easterly wind disturbance and a low-pressure area over the East Sea, resulting in rain throughout the day. Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa province) may experience moderate to heavy rain, lasting for several periods.
In the Central Highlands, the sky is cloudy with scattered showers. In the Southern region and Ho Chi Minh City, on the morning of December 10, it is cloudy with no rain. However, due to the influence of easterly wind disturbances moving from the sea to the mainland, from the evening of December 10 to the morning of December 11, the Southern region is likely to have widespread showers.
