Ms. Phan Thi Huong (in Hai Thanh ward, Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province) shared; "Every time I surf social networking sites, I see people living in flooded areas and I feel so sorry. With all my heart, I mobilized the women in the ward's Women's Union to make food to send to the people. Some people go to the market to buy meat, buy lemongrass, some buy dried shrimp and then gather at the village cultural house to make dried shrimp to send to the people in the North."
Batches of delicious lemongrass floss have been made and sent to flood victims in the northern provinces.
In Le Thuy district (Quang Binh province), many experienced fishermen loaded their boats onto trucks to go to the northern provinces to support flood rescue efforts.
Mr. Tran Linh - Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Ngu Thuy Bac Commune (Le Thuy District, Quang Binh Province), said: "9 fishermen of the commune and 4 bamboo boats were loaded onto a large truck, along with thousands of life jackets, and headed straight to the flood-hit mountainous areas in the North. Currently, the group has arrived in Phu Tho and is planning to rescue people in 2 isolated villages."

Previously, Dong Hoi City Green Park Center mobilized officers and employees with good health and expertise. The vehicles included: 1 5-ton crane, a number of specialized equipment such as: hand saws, saws, fuel... and enough materials and funds to support damaged localities for 10 days.

40 employees of Jungle Boss Company Limited (in Phong Nha town, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province) also went to Quang Ninh and Hai Phong to help people overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3. Most of them are office staff, poster staff, tour guides... working at this company.
Many people in Quang Binh have gone to the northern provinces to help people overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.
Quang Binh Bus Station Management and Service Center has also connected with bus companies to provide free transportation of necessities to support people in Quang Ninh and Hai Phong to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.
On the first day of launching the campaign to support people in the northern provinces to overcome the consequences of storms and floods caused by storm No. 3 (Yagi), the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh province received 5.3 billion VND. This amount will be transferred to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support people affected by storms and floods.
