Accordingly, the World Archery Federation has confirmed that Vietnamese archer Do Thi Anh Nguyet is one of the last 5 athletes to win a ticket to the 2024 Paris Olympics, based on the world rankings in the individual event. Thus, Anh Nguyet is the second archer of Vietnamese sports , besides Le Quoc Phong, to compete in the Olympics this summer.
It is known that Anh Nguyet and her teammate Le Quoc Phong will participate in the mixed men's and women's 1-string bow event at the Olympics held in France.
Do Thi Anh Nguyet has gone through the process of accumulating points through good achievements in tournaments, from regional to international. This beautiful female archer has had quite impressive performances in recent times. Anh Nguyet has won important points on the world rankings, thanks to her achievements at the 2023 Asian Championship (27 points), ASIAD 19 (21 points), 2023 World Championship (20 points), 2023 Asian Olympic qualifiers (17 points).

This is the second time in her career that Do Thi Anh Nguyet has had the honor of participating in the 2024 Olympics. To date, the Vietnamese sports delegation has 14 places to attend the 2024 Paris Olympics, including Nguyen Thi That (cycling), Nguyen Huy Hoang (swimming), Trinh Thu Vinh and Le Thi Mong Tuyen (shooting), Trinh Van Vinh (weightlifting), Nguyen Thi Huong (canoeing), Pham Thi Hue (rowing), Nguyen Thuy Linh and Le Duc Phat (badminton), Vo Thi Kim Anh and Ha Thi Linh (boxing), Le Quoc Phong and Do Thi Anh Nguyet (archery), Hoang Thi Tinh (judo).
Vietnam is waiting for two more special spots for My Tien (swimming) and Nhi Yen (athletics).
