On August 16, Tnews reported that Thai actress Nirawan Srisupan passed away after several days of serious injuries from a traffic accident. Her family confirmed that she breathed her last at 3:06 p.m. on August 15 at a hospital in Pathum Thani after nearly a week in a coma.
Nirawan’s mother shared: “My daughter passed away peacefully. We will take her back to Buriram for the funeral. As for the accident, the family wants the law to handle it properly.”
According to police, the incident occurred on the evening of August 9 in front of a residential area in Thanyaburi town, Pathum Thani province. While turning right, a pickup truck driven by a 56-year-old man collided with Nirawan's motorbike, causing severe damage to both vehicles. The actress suffered serious injuries, including a fractured skull and brain hemorrhage, and required emergency surgery but died. The driver later reported the incident to the authorities. The case is under further investigation.
