According to information from the Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Ho Chi Minh City Police, at 6:38 a.m. on June 26, Major Nguyen Thanh Phuoc of the An Lac Traffic Police Team was on duty at the examination site of Binh Tan High School located on Ho Van Long Street, Tan Tao Ward, Binh Tan District.

At this time, Lieutenant Phuoc received information that the female student KTTN (18 years old, 12th grader) had forgotten her citizen identification card at home on Binh Thanh Street, Binh Hung Hoa B Ward, Binh Tan District.
Immediately afterwards, Major Phuoc reported to the An Lac Traffic Police Team Command and used a special motorbike to take the female student home to get her citizen identification card.

During the nearly 15km round trip, Major Phuoc brought the female student to the exam location in time to enter the exam room, ensuring absolute safety.
