Passenger bus tire exploded, crashed into guardrail, blocking elevated Ring Road 3

According to initial information, at around 10:30 p.m. on May 7, a 45-seat passenger van (license plate unknown) was traveling on the elevated Ring Road 3 (from Thanh Xuan district to Hoang Mai district) when its tire suddenly exploded. The incident caused the vehicle to fly off, blocking the road.

At the scene, the front and rear of the car were stuck in the corridor on both sides of the bridge. The car was tilted to one side. At the time of the incident, there were about 30 people on the car but no one was injured.

The accident caused a long traffic jam on the elevated Ring Road 3 in the direction of Phap Van.

Responding to VTC News reporter, the leader of Traffic Police Team No. 14 ( Hanoi City Police) said that upon receiving the report, the unit sent officers and soldiers to direct traffic and resolve the accident.
